30-Day Return Policy
At themontore, your satisfaction is our top priority. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, simply return it within 30 days from the date your item was shipped to you.
Which products are not eligible for return?
The following items are not eligible for return:
- Products returned outside of the 30-day return period
- Products that have been intentionally altered or damaged
- Final-sale items, including personalized or engraved fine jewelry
- Final-sale items, including custom-designed jewelry
- Products from our Exotic Collection if the tag has been damaged or removed
How much will it cost to return my item(s)?
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. To determine rates and generate a shipping label, please visit your preferred shipping carrier or use services such as Stamps.com.
How should I package my return?
All returned items must be complete, unused, and in original condition. Returns must include:
- Original packaging
- Original warranty card or lab-grown diamond certification (where applicable)
- Proof of purchase
- Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number
Returned items must show no signs of use, wear, or abuse.
Moissanite merchandise returned without a warranty card may incur a $50 lost warranty card fee.
Lab-grown diamond merchandise returned without the applicable certification may incur a $150 replacement fee.
Once you initiate your return, you will receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. The RMA number must be clearly displayed on the outside of the package, and the invoice or packing slip must be included inside the package for proper processing.
Do I need to return the free gift I received as part of a promotion?
Yes. If you received a free gift with your purchase, the gift must also be returned along with the purchased item. Failure to return the free gift will result in the retail value of the gift being deducted from your refund.
If the returned product does not meet the above return requirements, your return may not be processed, and we cannot guarantee that non-returnable or non-refundable items will be shipped back to you.

How do I request an RMA number for an international return?
To request an international Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, please email service@themontore.com and include:
- Your order number
- Product SKU
- Reason for the return
Customs procedures, duties, and import taxes are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local customs office for additional information.
How will my refund be processed?
If your item qualifies for a return, your refund will be issued using the original payment method. Shipping fees and additional service charges are non-refundable.
How long will it take to receive my refund?
Once your return has been received and approved, please allow approximately 7–10 business days for the refund process to be completed.
How do I check the status of my return?
If you have already initiated a return and would like to check its status, please visit our Service Portal.
How will I know my refund has been processed?
You will receive an email confirmation once your refund has been successfully processed.
